These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ZoodeSIM, including the mobile app, public websites, partner tools, wallet, referrals, and eSIM purchases. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. The service
ZoodeSIM sells and provisions travel eSIM plans and related digital features. Coverage, speeds, and fair-use rules depend on the plan you buy and on third-party mobile networks. Plan details shown at checkout are part of the contract for that order.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a contract and provide accurate details. Keep your sign-in methods confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account, including purchases made while you are signed in.
3. Orders, pricing, and wallet
Prices, taxes, and currency are displayed before you confirm a purchase. Wallet credits, referral rewards, and bonuses are promotional: they have no cash value outside the app unless we say otherwise, and we may reverse them in cases of fraud, error, or abuse. Completed network provisioning is generally non-refundable except where consumer law requires otherwise.
4. Referrals and partners
Referral codes and partner promo codes are personal. You must not self-refer, share codes in a way that breaks programme rules, or create duplicate accounts to obtain rewards. We may withhold or reclaim rewards when we reasonably suspect misuse.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
- Interfere with networks, provisioning, or other customers
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our APIs except as allowed
- Bypass fraud, device, or account limits
We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Availability and networks
eSIM connectivity is provided by third-party operators. We do not guarantee uninterrupted coverage, particular speeds, or compatibility with every device. Outages, roaming restrictions, and local regulations are outside our reasonable control.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZoodeSIM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for network failures of third parties. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, except where liability cannot be limited.
8. Changes
We may update plans, pricing, and these terms. Material changes will be published on this page. If you continue to use ZoodeSIM after an update, the new terms apply to later use and orders.
